And no, I don't have an eating disorder (trust me, my own doctor told me to lose weight :-) but for some reason the thought of food is kinda gross lately and watching people absolutely disgusts me (especially fat people. I know, how hypocritical since I'm borderline medically obese) and I just lose my appetite. So I'll continue eating healthy foods, drinking litres of water (it's all I drink as I don't like anything else) and will enjoy this for as long as it lasts but I don't want any negative effects because I'm suffering from vitamin deficiency or anything.
In terms of exercise, I need some encouragement as all I'm doing is 1.5 hour walk daily. I just have to get back into the gym - aaack! I just hate exercising :[
