. Your current diet plan: I'm cutting out all: fast/junk food, pop, fried foods, packaged food, sweets, red meat. I want to try to drink only water.
I've counted calories before but found is extremely obsessive and unhealthy, in a way.
I want to be healthy. I want to eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. I'd like to drink when I'm thirsty and stop when I'm satisfied. I don't want to force myself to do/eat/drink anything I am not in the mood for, while still making wise choices about food. I will still try to exercise regularly, etc. :)
