Hey everyone. I just joined so, figure, might as well introduce myself. :)

. Age: Sixteen
. Height: 5'2"
. Current Weight: Around 140 pounds
. Highest weight: Around 163 pounds
. Lowest weight: 135 pounds
. Short term goal: 130 pounds
. Long term goal: 115 pounds
. Your current diet plan: I'm cutting out all: fast/junk food, pop, fried foods, packaged food, sweets, red meat. I want to try to drink only water.

I've counted calories before but found is extremely obsessive and unhealthy, in a way.
I want to be healthy. I want to eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. I'd like to drink when I'm thirsty and stop when I'm satisfied. I don't want to force myself to do/eat/drink anything I am not in the mood for, while still making wise choices about food. I will still try to exercise regularly, etc. :)

in a way i want to do what you do too! not count calories yet still eat healthy because when i count i keep on becoming obesseive... and i get rebellious and overeat... then its followed by fasting which just ends up in more binge. do u want to fin da way to lose wieght without calories and support each other... kinda? i dont know, tell me what you think.

I see that you want to cut out a ton of stuff (good stuff to cut although) but when you set yourself up for failure you will fail. Allow yourself a mistake once in awhile, and actually red meat is not all that bad for you when ate in moderation and when you choose leaner cuts of meat. Just keep in mind that the more you deprive the harder it is to win.
